While there are many reasons to send your fabrics to a professional dry cleaner, the most important reason is to prolong the life of your fabrics while keeping them looking their best.

We ask for at least two days to clean and press your fabrics. However, we can process them faster if requested. (We are closed on Sunday). Some items, such as wedding gowns, duvets and comforters take longer.

No! We do not charge a pick-up or delivery fee of any kind.

The simple answer is maybe. A lot factors go into whether a stain will come out or not. Some stains are permanent, some stains can be ‘set’ by improper stain removal, and some stains cannot remove due to the stability of the other dyes (the dyes that are supposed to be there) in the fabric. That being said, we employ the best cleaning methods available, use clean solvent in each load and stain removal chemicals All of these tools give us the highest chance for success in stain removal (if the stain can come out).

In addition to using the proper amount of soap and separating darks from lights, we keep your whites whiter using two methods. First, we distill our cleaning solvent after every load to make sure your clothes get clean, fresh solvent every time. The second thing we do to ensure your white fabrics stay white is by using separate cleaning machines for light fabrics and dark fabrics. This adds another layer of protection against a fugitive dye from changing the color of your white fabrics.

Our hours of operation are as follows: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday: Closed. We are also closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday. If for any reason you require flexibility with your drop-off or pick-up times, our team is more than happy to work with you to find a solution. At Aut10tic Identity, we accept both cash, wire transfer and check payments. For your convenience, we utilize POS machine, which allows us to accept Visa, Mastercard, Verve cards.

Typically, most dry-cleaned items dropped off in-store are ready for pickup after two business days. However, we also offer a same-day service Monday through Friday, as long as you drop off your items by 10 am. For customers who prefer our pickup and delivery service, it is scheduled once a week. It’s essential to note that some larger items, such as comforters, duvets may take up to a week for thorough cleaning and inspection. Similarly, wedding gowns are delicate and require special attention, handling, and time to ensure quality. Therefore, the turnaround time for wedding gowns may vary between 1-3 months.
